How do I pay?

When you book with us we take a 15% non-returnable deposit. One week before your arrival, we ask you to pay the balance of your pitch fee. If you book less than 7 days in advance we ask for the whole payment at booking. If there are extras to pay then we can take payment on-site by cash or credit card.

What if I change my plans?

Please do let us know if you change your mind. The deposit is not returnable, but someone else may benefit from a break.

Can I book a pitch next to my friends?

We don’t allocate pitches, so you can choose the spot where you camp. The earlier you arrive the more choice! The field is big and you are likely to be able to find a space next to your friends.

Is the campsite really on a farm?

Yes, it really is. The farm is around a 1,200 acres and grows wheat, barley, field beans and oil seed rape. We also have sheep and solar panels. We are part of the Countryside Stewardship Scheme, which means we take a lot of measures to help conserve wildlife, hedgerows and woodland on the farm. You may notice the field margins alongside our fields with wildflowers and strips sown for winter bird food. If you want to know more please do ask. We can arrange farm tours in our Landrover.
