“Very nice camp site, very friendly and helpful persons. A perfect place to stay!” August 2023

“We really enjoyed our stay here and met up with friends. The campsite had a laidback feel, and our welcome by the campsite manager was friendly and helpful. The facilities were cleaned well and there was no shortage of toilet paper etc!” August 2023

“Lovely big pitches in beautiful surroundings. Good clean basic facilities with lots of very hot water. Very friendly and helpful owners. Fantastic relaxing atmosphere.” July2023

“Only stayed one night and it chucked it down with rain, still had a relaxing time just chilling in the van and spoke to the friendly owner who told us we must take some water as it was from the farms bore hole and tastes a lot better than the usual tap stuff, and it did!” July 2023

“Our 4th or 5th time coming back here. Always a lovely weekend with a mixed group of adults, children, tents and campervans. Friendly and helpful management and great facilities. We’ll be back!” July 2023

“The farm site is set in a wonderful field with lots of camping spaces but also lots of space so you don't feel hemmed in. It is quiet, and the facilities are clean and practical. Friendly staff are the icing on the cake. We took our camper and filled it up with water on-site. Note there are no electricity hook-ups and no facilities to dispose of toilet waste. For a few nights, it was perfect!” April 2023

“Lovely campsite. Simple but perfect facilities. Toilets and showers were really clean. The owner was so relaxed and kind. Would definitely go back!” April 2023

“Great site but don’t expect hook up and entertainment, this is a really nice spot, peaceful, quiet, no light pollution and pitches identified by grassed areas mown in amongst the meadow. Now here is the BUT - it has hot showers, toilets and pot wash facilities, all clean and a nice addition to what would otherwise be wild camping.Although I was only there one night and didn’t get to pop into the nearby village to try out pub or shop which are within walking distance, they did look pleasant. Price was a nice surprise too” April 2023

“Lovely place, great walks around to various pubs and Stockbridge. Friendly host. Xx” April 2023

“The site has large pitches separated by areas of wildflowers, giving a sense of privacy. I was there in the autumn, so I missed out on the colour, but I should imagine it's beautiful in spring or summer. Another bonus is that it's more eco-friendly than having a large area of mown grass. Showers, toilets, and washing-up area are basic but sufficient and clean, although a light in the washing-up area would be good. Lights in the toilets and showers are on a motion sensor, so it saves electricity - good for the environment and keeps costs down.” Sept 2022

“A return visit as the first was so much fun. Nice and quiet campsite but facilities are good.” Sept 2022

“Second time I’ve been to Rowbury Farm, just find it very peaceful and relaxing, definitely be going back. Claire is lovely and friendly.” Sept 2022

“Campsite was perfect for us. We met the owner most days who was always happy to help. Site was well laid out, bathrooms were clean and hot water was great. Dish washing area also clean and tidy. Only 1 suggestion which is tiny is to have a Toiletries shelf in bathrooms....would make showering a resistant toddler easier 🤣. Otherwise perfect campsite and location and would love to come back.” Sept 2022

“Large campsite with friendly owner. Usually enough space to find a quiet spot. Views of patchwork fields and crofts into the distance. I think there's some sort of shooting club next door but didn't check it out (It’s a laser tag centre -RFC). Quiet part of the South of England with small villages that have most of what you need for camping. Child friendly and a good price.” Sept 2022

“This is the second time we have been to Rowbury in 2022- the first time was hampered by all of our co-campers catching covid post Glastonbury. Didn't stop us having a lovely time. Arranged to revisit with the same people and had an equally enjoyable time. The site is exceptionally peaceful and chilled (possibly all down to Claire) . Take your bike and leave your TV and phone behind . Enjoy the silence.” Sept 2022

“A lovely little campsite, spacious with big pitches and lovely rural views. Very quiet and a warm welcome from the owner.” Sept 2022

“Huge flat delimited pitches. Nice wild feel. Great manager, Clare, who is just lovely. Lovely countryside .” Sept 2022

“It was our 3rd time staying at Rowberry as it is such a lovely relaxed site. The views are stunning and at the right time of year the meadow flowers are beautiful.” August 2022

“It’s location is perfect. It is in the middle of delightful villages with thatched cottages all around. I’m sure we will be back next year.” August 2022

“Stayed here as I was attending a race meeting in Thruxton raceway which is close by, and it was perfect. Very quiet and peaceful campsite in a lovely setting. Owners were very pleasant, and there was plenty of hot water.” August 2022

“Peaceful site, which has become one of our favourite places for a weekend get-a-way!” July 2022

“What a great campsite! There are a variety of pitch sizes to accommodate groups or individual tents. Each pitch is separated from the next by an unmown area - great for the environment, wildlife, privacy and soundproofing! Great toilets and washing up sinks, nice warm showers - free to use (not always the case at other campsites). Clearer recycling information would have been welcome. We chose this site due to its proximity to the Hawk Conservancy Trust (where we spent a very excellent day). During our stay, we found this to be a very quiet campsite, no loud music or noise after 10pm. All in all, a great, relaxed campsite. We would love to visit again.” July 2022

“Booking was easy and plenty of choice of pitches when we arrived. We brought our young grandchildren so stayed away from other tents to avoid disturbing them. The kids had a great time and have already asked when we are going there again.” July2022

“We've just returned from a very relaxing weekend @ Rowbury Farm Camping. Spacious field with lots of room for us to pitch. We loved the bays of wild flowers and the peaceful calm atmosphere on the site. Good, clean facilities and lots to explore in the local area. Clare is so friendly and helpful - thank you very much. We will definitely return!.” July 2022

“On arrival to Rowbury, there is a hassle free check in system via a simple text message. All the pitches are clearly marked. A nice touch is that the pitches are divided by meadow sections which give the site a more natural feel. My pitch was flat as a cow pat and came with a small fire pit. The showers and toilets were of an excellent standard and very clean. As night descended it was nice to see that all my fellow campers showed respect...and made no noise. I would highly recommend this site to family camping trips or to sad single cyclists who needed a pitch for the night".” July 2022.

“The best thing about Rowbury campsite is Clare the site manager. She is super cool and welcoming and a mine of information about where to go and what to do locally. The site is really well spaced out so you aren't crammed in and the wide expanse of the valley makes the whole thing feel epic. It can get a bit breezy so take a wind break if you have one. I have been told that the lady's shower facilities are spotless. I didn't use the mens bt the bathrooms were cleaned every day. There are a few nice pubs close by and quaint villages AND a farm owned by Waitrose...thats posh! Next time I go I will be checking out the cycle paths. Thanks Team Rowbery".” Jul;y 2022

“Very relaxed and clean. Pitched up surrounded by wildflowers looking over at the Danebury hillfort. Will come again.” June 2022

“Beautiful peaceful location, with great views. Well kept, very clean facilities too. Will definitely return!” June 2022

“A great place to set down with awesome views”. May 2022

“We both had a lovely time it was nice to camp for the night with just the fire pit and our candles and a couple of nice bottles of wine Well done see you again” May 2022

“Lovely peaceful site with good facilities and friendly staff. Easy booking and no hassle check in. Large flat field, with pitches separated by patches of longer grass and shrubs to give nice spacing.” May 2022

“Just needed one night en route and it was perfect. Very tranquil rural setting, clean showers, loos and washing facilities. Very friendly owner. Loved it.” April 2022

“We stayed at Rowbury Farm campsite for 2 nights. The pitches are of generous sizes. Great for friends to meet up and camp together but also great if you’re wanting quiet time as pitches can be spaced out. Free camping stoves abs generous bags of fire wood and kindling available (you pay via honesty box). Amazing views and lots of sky. Fantastic sunset. “ April 2022

“We’ve stayed twice now and loved it both times! Never been to a campsite that always has immaculate cleaning facilities. Lovely showers! Friendly and helpful staff who are extremely helpful. Beautiful views in a peaceful location. And you are allowed open fires with wood easily available to purchase. Highly recommend to anyone. One of our favourites now!” April 2022

“Well run, peaceful and adorable site we return to time after time.” April 2022

“We have stayed at Rowbury Farm Camping a couple of times before and always love coming back. It's a nice quiet campsite with well spaced pitches so you a never in close proximity to other campers. The location is good for walking and cycling.” April 2022
